Tech startup, Lyncsync™, is a first-of-its-kind contacts management app that ensures your contacts are always automated, always accessible, and always accurate via its app and proprietary peer-to-peer network.

Having only a general concept for the app, the client enlisted our agency to stand up a 20+ person product team that could define and build not only the app from scratch, but also its brand from the name up.
In addition to a product name, the startup would need a brand guide, a website, a self-service user portal, templated presentation decks, automated email communication templates, assets for its social media channels, and app store marketing for its launch.

Working closely with the client, and through discovery inputs and focus-testing, we created a brand name and visual identity to reflect the brand promise of this innovative new product.
As the creative director, I led the creative team to create the logo, iconography, color palette, typography, voice and tone, brand guidelines, copywriting, templated presentation decks, website, self-service user portal, automated email communication templates, mobile app, and app store marketing strategy.
The result was a fresh new brand that reflects the active automation and assurance that Lyncsync keeps your contacts close, and always accurate.
