When Hiscox engaged our agency to recreate their digital and e-commerce experience for the U.S. market, its digital footprint and product offerings were spread across different business units and technology platforms that included Wordpress, Backbase, and an outdated content management system.
The challenge was to create a cohesive, streamlined, and responsive digital experience through a fresh creative vision that could not only connect the consumer with the brand in a meaningful way to generate new business, but also introduce a stronger service offering to support its existing customers and sales groups.

The new design is a consolidated, modern marketing and e-commerce platform engineered for extensive re-use across its direct sales, broker, and agent offerings. The customized CMS platform integrates with external systems including an e-commerce quote & buy engine and hundreds of partner consumer sites.
